What gets assessed
One scan, two tracks. The core track looks at how your organization is put together. The AI readiness track asks whether anything automated could work on top of it. Most organizations want both, and the second one is meaningless without the first.

A maturity score on its own is a grade. Plotted against your complexity it becomes a position, and one of the four is exposed: a product line running on spreadsheets is fine at thirty variants and a liability at three hundred. You get to see which quadrant you are actually in.
