Capabilities you can buy, not commission.

Each skill below is a small agent: a packaged piece of the same architecture we build for full engagements, scoped to do one thing well and connected to your systems of record. AI harnessing unstructured data automates confusion. These work on structured product logic instead, which is why they can be sold as products rather than projects.

The list is intentionally short. It grows as new skills earn their place.

Configuration Validator

Checks a quote or order configuration against your product rules before it moves forward, catching invalid combinations at the source.

Fixed-fee setup, subscription per instance

BOM Reconciler

Compares bills of material across PLM and ERP and flags where they have drifted apart, before that drift reaches production.

Fixed-fee setup, subscription per instance

Part Classifier

Groups parts across your catalogue by real similarity, surfacing duplicates and rationalization candidates that manual review misses.

Project-based, scoped to catalogue size

Change Impact Assistant

Traces what an engineering change actually touches across product structure, quotes and orders in flight, before it gets approved.

Let's Talk

How a skill plugs in

A skill is delivered as a tool your own AI client can call, using the Model Context Protocol, the emerging open standard for exactly this. You install it, point it at your systems and hold your own keys. There is no Estuary Logic platform sitting between you and your product data, and no rebuild of your ERP to accommodate one.

That has a consequence worth stating plainly: a skill only works if the structure underneath it is sound. Where it is not, the honest answer is an assessment first, not a subscription.

Start with the free assessment

Two things every skill has to do

Explainable by construction

Every answer shows which systems and fields it used, and links back to the source. Roles and rights are respected and everything is logged. An engineer should be able to check the work, not just trust it. A skill that cannot show its reasoning is not finished.

Runs in Europe, on your terms

EU hosting and GDPR by default. A pluggable skill runs inside your own environment, with your keys and your choice of model, so your product data does not have to leave it. Nothing is trained on your data.

In the works

A place to work with AI yourself

Most organizations asking about AI do not want a consultant, they want to know how to do it themselves without breaking anything. So we are building a space where these skills live next to the practical material for using them: how to structure what you already have, what to automate first, and what to leave alone. How much of it you get depends on your tier. There is no launch date yet, and we will not pretend otherwise.
